bezier began implementing its award-winning lean initiative in 2004. The aim then and now is to continually provide product to customers at the right time, of the right quality, at the right price, in the right amount, whilst continually reducing all associated cost.
There are many techniques and skills that come under the lean umbrella, and over the last three years we have had great success in implementing and sustaining these new modern lean systems. We are proud to say that bezier now has a lean culture and, through systems such as Kaizen continuous teams, SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies), JIT Kaizen and Kanban, we have enjoyed year-on-year improvements in areas such as quality, lead times and communications. Ultimately this enables us to continue to deliver customer service excellence to our customers.
